Kids living in small towns in Scotland are increasingly subject to similar social and welfare problems as those in larger cities. In Elgin, a small town south of Inverness, the local council have been attempting to bring children from two opposing sides of the town together, and provide a summer programme to keep kids away from alcohol and substance abuse.
